COPYRIGHT

  1. Copyright Registration Application Form (link)
  2. Declaration Letter (1 Rp. 10,000 Stamp) (link)
  3. Copyright Transfer Letter (1 Rp. 10,000 Stamp, Complete Address as per ID Card, including ZIP Code) (link)
  4. File Receipt Document (link) *valid starting Monday, July 1, 2024

STEPS IN PATENT / COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION

  1. Complete the Patent or Copyright registration requirements above;
  2. Print the completed Patent/Copyright draft (without the stamp and signature), then submit it to the Innovation Section, 5th Floor of the Library Building, for verification of completeness (please bring a laptop for on-site corrections);
  3. Please complete the verified Patent/Copyright draft, complete with the signatures of all inventors/creators and the stamp, and submit it to the Innovation Section, 5th Floor of the Library Building, during the following business hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM & 1:00 PM–3:00 PM WIB and Friday 9:00 AM–11:30 AM & 1:30 PM–3:30 PM WIB (*Service hours are subject to change).
  4. Once you have received a serial number, please complete the required data and upload the application file (without a stamp or signature) via the following Google Form link:
  1. The Intellectual Property Creation Registration Letter will be sent to each creator’s email address.

NOTES

  • The name of the inventor/creator (LECTURER) must match the title on the E-Duk;
  • The name of the inventor/creator (STUDENT) must match the title (SIAP);
  • The NIP/NIM column for all inventors MUST be filled in;
  • Prepared in 1 stamped copy;
  • Printed on 80-gram A4 paper;
  • Data and signature on the Statement Letter and Transfer of Rights Letter (on 1 page)
